2. Products & Customisation
Factory by Door specialises in customised gift sets and personalised gifting solutions.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, packaging, ribbons, flowers, and accessories may vary slightly due to availability.
We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with products of similar value and quality when necessary.
All personalised products are made according to the information provided by the customer.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, messages, delivery details, artwork, logos, and spelling are accurate before confirming the order.
Factory by Door is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, or artwork provided for customisation.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Prices may be revised without prior notice.
Shipping charges, taxes, and additional customisation fees (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.
Factory by Door reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For large corporate or bulk orders, production will begin only after artwork and quotation approval.
6. Production Time
Production time varies depending on product type, order quantity, and customisation requirements.
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times depend on courier services and destination.
Factory by Door is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
As customised products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Returns or replacements will only be considered if the wrong product was delivered, the product arrived damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, together with clear photographs.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, designs, graphics, product photographs, text, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Factory by Door unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Customer-Provided Content
Customers retain ownership of the artwork, logos, and materials they provide. By submitting these materials, customers grant Factory by Door permission to use them solely for producing the ordered products.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Factory by Door shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
